- WebCosmo.com was created in response to the fact that classified ad services were charging fees for a service that should be free. Other services only applied to certain cities or locations, which does little good for consumers or businesses that want to extend their reach. WebCosmo.com fixed the shortcomings of other classified ad services by creating a free resource that spans multiple countries all around the world. The result has been dramatic; now it seems every business and consumer on the Internet that frequents classified ad services have left their resources for the new free resource we all share in WebCosmo.com.
